Cima di Laste offers a relaxed and comfortable climb, while also providing a refreshing experience of the natural surroundings on the way up to the summit.
The journey to the summit begins at Baita Ciampié at 1826 m or at Trento - Lung'Adige Monte Grappa (near the Sardagna cableway).
Visitors who choose to start their hike from Trento - Lung'Adige Monte Grappa need to take a bus to Predazzo, where they can avail themselves of skiing facilities at Castelir. The climb starts to the right of this area. It passes through a forested area and continues all the way to Canvere at 1,977 m.
Further on is another densely-wooded area, after which the vegetation becomes sparse, and the summit is clearly visible. Along the slopes, chairlifts are available, but it is better to check with the locals before a trip since availability varies.
The gentle to steep slopes on the way up to the summit of Cima di Laste provide excellent skiing opportunities. Skiing is a popular means of travel, especially during the winter months. It is advisable to carry packed meals.
