Da Olivetta San Michele, ultimo paese in Italia, proseguire verso il confine e poi per Nieya. Prima di attraversare un corso d'aqua parcheggiare a bordo strada come indicato nelle immagini. Il sentiero inizia poco prima tra due case. In circa mezz'ora si raggiunge la base del primo settore, il più difficile. Proseguendo verso sinistra si costeggia la lunga fascia di roccia e si incontrano gli altri settori
