West Buffalo Hill or Wong Ngau Shan has an elevation of 604 m (1,982 ft.), and a prominence of 61 m (200 ft.). West Buffalo Hill is in the Ma On Shan Country Park, between Sai Kung and Sha Tin District, in Hong Kong.
The MacLehose Trail, opened in 1979, is a hiking trail covering most of the New Territories, and features natural coastal scenery such as sea caves and stacks. A part of the 100 km long trail passes through the West Buffalo Hill area, Stage 4 of the trail.
