The Planggenstock (1,675 m) is a mountain of the Schwyzer Alps, located south of Bilten in the canton of Glarus. It lies between the valley of the Linth and the valley of Niederurnen.
There's a demading hiking trail (T3) leading to the summit. Planggenstock is one of the 33 peaks along the multi-day Via Glaralpina.
The nearest mountain hut is Blockhütte located 993m/3 258ft SSW of the summit.
