Bregagnino is a sub peak of Bregagno, its “big” brother. There is a widely visited ridge trail from Rifugio Menaggio to Monte Grona, then Monte Bregagnino and lastly to the highest point of Monte Bregagno.
There's a trail called Alta Via del Lario leading to the summit. Bregagnino is one of the 6 peaks along the Alta Via del Lario.
