Approach
Da Finalpia imboccare la sp45 in direzione delle Manie(cartelli). Arrivati in località le Manie giungere alla chiesetta di S. Giacomo e prendere a sn fino al parcheggio della grotta dell'arma dove si parcheggia. Il sentiero parte di fianco all'osteria e scende nella valletta superando alcuni muretti a secco (5 minuti dall'auto).
