È possibile parcheggiare nell'ampio piazzale asfaltato collocato immediatamente prima dell'ingresso nel paese di Casella, per poi proseguire fino al raggiungimento del sentiero 507 attraverso il borgo.
Approach
Dalla parte alta del borgo di Casella (frazione di Riccò del Golfo) si prosegue lungo il sentiero 507 (segnato con apposito cartellino nei pressi di un grande muro di sasso lungo la strada principale) per circa 10 minuti.
Description
La falesia di Riccò del Golfo si colloca all’interno della valle del torrente Riccò, lungo il sentiero che conduce alle sue sorgenti. Gode di buona esposizione che consente l’arrampicata nei periodi estivi (al pomeriggio la parete è all’ombra). Il bosco e i numerosi bozzi naturali garantiscono frescura. La parete è di roccia arenaria, e presenta 11 vie generalmente di placca, con difficoltà variabile dal 5+ al 6C+. L’arrampicata è tecnica con movimenti molto eleganti e precisi. 350
