At an elevation of 510 m (1,673 ft.), and with a prominence of 66 m (217 ft.), Signal de Bernex is a hill that forms part of the Swiss Prealps. It is situated near the town of Bernex in the canton of Geneva, Switzerland.
Signal de Bernex is not very high, but it is the second-highest point in the canton. Visitors can spend a day climbing it and observing the interesting flora and fauna on the way up. The area is especially well-known for some protected species of orchids. The climb up the hill is very well landscaped, with benches and places where one can rest while climbing. Handrails have been thoughtfully placed alongside the steps for those who may be unsteady on their feet.
There's a hiking trail (T1) leading to the summit.
