Little Mountain, elev. 127m, is a mountain in the central part of the city of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. It is best known as the location of Queen Elizabeth Park and Nat Bailey Stadium, but as a name is also used for the surrounding neighbourhood and, occasionally, in the name of electoral districts (e.g. Vancouver-Little Mountain, which is defunct).
Little Mountain is a volcanic formation which was at one time mined for its granitic basalts. The old quarry on the mountain is now a public garden, Queen Elizabeth Park, which also features the Bloedel Floral Conservatory — a large triodetic domed structure that houses an extensive indoor tropical garden — home to a variety of exotic birds, fish and small mammals.
There's a trail leading to the summit.
