The Dzhugdzhur Mountains are relatively small and little-visited mountains in eastern Siberia, located along the western shore of the Sea of Okhotsk in Russia. The main feature of these mountains is large deposits of gold, which have been mined here for over 100 years. There are 86 named mountains in the Dzhugdzhur Mountains. Gora Yevgachan (1,677 m / 5,501 ft) is the highest point. The most prominent mountain is Gora Kivangra (1,544 m / 5,066 ft).
